Fees for out-of-pocket sessions are $140 for individual therapy and $180 for couples therapy. All services are virtual at this time. I provide sliding scale fees in case of financial hardship or lack of insurance. I am in-network for Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford Health Plans, Oscar, and Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
