How I Can Support You


Individual Therapy

I can help you with a variety of concerns, including relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem, general mental health, depression, anxiety, and trauma. In our first sessions I'll focus on learning about you, so we can better collaborate on defining what you need from the therapeutic experience. We will set goals for our work together, exploring your concerns and hopes for your future, so we can measure progress while gauging how the experience is working for you. 

I have an integrative approach to providing therapy, using techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and client-centered therapy, working with you to meet your needs. I teach mindfulness and relaxation techniques and use them throughout our sessions, as needed. 

Relationship Therapy

My priority when working with people in relationships with each other is to provide a safe space in which they can work on overcoming their challenges. I help people improve communication, so each partner can feel that their perspective has been expressed with clarity. I listen carefully to be able to provide insight into patterns in a relationship to help people improve conflict resolution and intimate connection. 


I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and use Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy techniques in my work.
