Individual Therapy
I can help you with a variety of concerns, including relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem, grief, general mental health, depression, anxiety, and trauma. In our first sessions I'll focus on learning about you, so we can better collaborate on defining what you need from the therapeutic experience. We will set goals for our work together, exploring your concerns and hopes for your future, so we can measure progress while gauging how the experience is working for you.

I have an integrative approach to providing therapy, using techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and client-centered therapy, working with you to meet your needs. I teach mindfulness and relaxation techniques and use them throughout our sessions, as needed.
